About Us

We are a boutique custom home builder serving the Keys and other Sarasota communities. Our attention to detail and craftsmanship proves we are among the best in the business. We take pride in our work and strive to establish a partnership with our clients based on communication and transparency.
We are looking for an office assistant to help manage the day-to-day administrative operations of our business. In this role you will have your hand in a little bit of everything.

About the Job

In this role you will be:

Answering phones
Working with subcontractors to manage and track jobs and costs
Assisting with applications for permitting
Quickbooks data entry
Miscellaneous errand-running


Prior office experience
Construction experience preferred but not required
Positive, can-do attitude
Attention to detail and organization

You will learn all about the exciting world of custom home-building and what it takes behind the scenes to maintain a successful boutique home-building company. You will play an integral part of ensuring the administrative and paper-trail part of this process runs smoothly.
We offer a close, tight-knit environment and competitive pay for someone who has previous office administrative experience or for an entry-level associate.

Job Type: Part-time / 20-30 hrs
Salary: $15.00 /hour to start or more depending on experience
